iSpeedToLead is not one product with one price. It sells three tiers of seller lead that differ by how many buyers receive each one, through four ways of buying, with a membership that changes the per-lead price. Before comparing it with anyone, pick the tier and the mode you would actually use. For a buyer who wants exclusive leads in volume, a long window to report problems and the option of automatic delivery, it is a strong candidate. Its weak spot, on the public record, is that the refund terms are scattered and the remedy form is unclear.
Everything here is documented from iSpeedToLead’s public pages, re-read on 16 October 2026. We did not open an account or buy leads. Where iSpeedToLead’s own pages disagree with each other, we say so rather than pick a number.
Terms checked October 16, 2026 on the providers' public pages. Sources
The three tiers are three different products
Exclusive (one buyer), Active (limited buyers, member price from $59) and Sale (up to 5 investors, member price from $39) tiers (iSpeedToLead, checked 2026-10-16).
| Tier | Who else gets the lead | Stated member price | Eligible for the 21-day request window |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exclusive | No one; one buyer | From $199 | Yes |
| Active | A limited number of other buyers | From $59 | Yes |
| Sale | Up to 5 investors | From $39 | Not listed as eligible |
The low Sale and Active prices are what make iSpeedToLead look cheap in some round-ups. They are not cheap exclusive leads. On a Sale lead, up to four other investors may be calling the same seller, so the useful comparison is cost per conversation you win, not cost per lead. We do not quote a regular (non-member) Sale price at all: one iSpeedToLead table gives one figure and its FAQ gives another.
For the rest of this review, and in every table on this site, iSpeedToLead’s row means the Exclusive tier unless we say otherwise.
LeadFeed, AutoMatch, Fixed Price Mode and the Club
Browse-and-buy in the LeadFeed, AutoMatch automatic delivery by bid priority, Fixed Price Mode automatic buying on a monthly budget, and Coupon Club member pricing (iSpeedToLead, checked 2026-10-16).
- LeadFeed (browse and buy). iSpeedToLead states that the grade, price and key details are visible before purchase, so you choose lead by lead. This is the mode that most resembles individual selection elsewhere. We have not seen it from inside an account.
- AutoMatch. Exclusive leads are delivered automatically against your bid, budget, locations and filters. A higher bid raises your priority. Bids start at $100, with a notice that the minimum rises to $125 “starting April 1st” and no year given. Treat the floor as unsettled.
- Fixed Price Mode. Automatic buying across selected states and counties on a monthly budget. iSpeedToLead does not state the per-lead price for this mode on the page we read.
- Coupon Club. A membership layer that lowers per-lead prices, described below.
A buyer can browse in one county and run automatic delivery in another without changing provider. It is also why a single “iSpeedToLead price” in a comparison is usually wrong.
When Coupon Club pays for itself
Exclusive leads from $199 for Coupon Club members ($199 a month or $999 a year), against a stated regular exclusive price of $399 (iSpeedToLead, checked 2026-10-16).
For an exclusive buyer, Club membership saves up to the difference between the regular and member price on every exclusive lead, and costs a flat monthly or annual fee.
iSpeedToLead says the marketplace has no long-term contracts or monthly minimums, so the Club is not required to buy. It is required to get the member price. The Club subscription also carries a stated 60-day money-back guarantee on the subscription itself, which is separate from any refund on leads.
The 21-day window, and what we could not confirm about it
21 days to request a refund on Exclusive and Active leads for listed reasons; Sale leads are not listed as eligible (iSpeedToLead, checked 2026-10-16).
Twenty-one days is the longest stated window among the providers we could recheck, and for teams that work leads in weekly batches it is a real advantage. Three points keep it from being a complete answer:
- Sale leads are not listed as eligible. The longest window applies to the more expensive tiers.
- The remedy form is unclear. iSpeedToLead’s pages use “refund,” “money back” and “credit” for what may be the same process. Whether an approved request returns cash or account credit is not settled on the public record.
- No standalone policy text. We found no refund policy page (the obvious address returned an error), and the terms page did not render readable text when we checked. Proof requirements are not verified.
Before buying, ask iSpeedToLead in writing whether an approved request on an Exclusive lead is paid as cash or credit, and what evidence it requires. Keep the reply. Our credit policy comparison shows how this sits against the other providers’ written rules.
Where the public record is strong, and where it is thin
Supported by the public record
- Several buying modes in one marketplace, including browse-and-buy and two automatic modes.
- A stated 21-day request window on Exclusive and Active leads.
- A membership price that can lower exclusive lead costs substantially for volume buyers.
- No long-term contract or monthly minimum stated for the marketplace.
Limitations and unknowns
- Prices are “from” prices and vary by tier and mode; the AutoMatch floor has an undated change notice.
- Refund remedy (cash or credit) and proof rules are not verified.
- iSpeedToLead’s own pages give different figures for member counts, daily lead volume and the regular Sale price. We do not repeat any of them.
- Coverage is stated as the 48 contiguous states; supply in any given county is not verified.
Volume and batch buyers it suits
- You buy enough exclusive leads each month that a Club membership lowers your total cost.
- You want the option of automatic exclusive delivery by bid, or a fixed monthly budget across chosen counties.
- Your team works leads in batches, so a 21-day window matters more than a fixed listed price.
- You are willing to buy shared tiers knowingly, as a cheaper but more competitive product.
If you buy only a few exclusive leads a month
If you want to choose exclusive leads one at a time at a fixed listed price, and you buy only a few a month, the membership arithmetic above usually does not favour you, and paying the regular exclusive price is the alternative. That is the buyer DrivenSellers is built for. Its listed grade prices run from $99 to $349 per exclusive lead, and No membership is required to buy a lead; paid plans are optional. The trade-off is time: DrivenSellers allows 5 days to report a lead as not as described, against iSpeedToLead’s stated 21, and approved requests there are wallet credit.
A different purchase preference
Buying a few exclusive leads, with no membership?
DrivenSellers is our recommended starting point if you want to read an exclusive seller lead's card, choose it individually and pay a listed grade price, without a required membership.
- Price before purchase: listed by grade, $99 (C) to $349 (A+), shown on the card.
- No plan needed: optional plans credit their fee to your wallet; they do not discount leads.
- One buyer per lead through DrivenSellers; the card shows motivation, timeline, occupancy, repairs and equity before you pay.
Limits: Inventory varies by market. Grades score the seller's stated answers; they do not guarantee a contract or closing and have not been validated against outcomes. You have 5 days to report a lead as not as described; approved requests are wallet credit, and some providers state longer windows.
Grades are not comparable across providers. DrivenSellers publishes a 0 to 100 scoring model built from the seller’s stated answers; iSpeedToLead’s grading method is not described in the pages we checked. Neither has published a validation against outcomes, so an A at one is not evidence of an A at the other. Our side-by-side comparison works through the volume question in more detail, and iSpeedToLead alternatives covers territory providers too.
Checklist before you fund an iSpeedToLead account
- Name the tier you are buying (Exclusive, Active or Sale) and the mode (LeadFeed, AutoMatch, Fixed Price, Club).
- Count the exclusive leads you expect to buy per month and run the Club arithmetic with that number.
- If you use AutoMatch, confirm the current minimum bid on the live page.
- Get the refund remedy and evidence rules in writing.
- Record the purchase date of each lead so the 21-day deadline is tracked, and confirm the tier is eligible.
