Every page on Seller Lead Report must be checked and approved by a responsible human editor before publication. The editor for this publication is Joe. Until that person is confirmed and has reviewed a page, the page stays unpublished.
Bylines
Pages carry the organizational byline “Seller Lead Report editors” unless a real, consenting author has a verified profile. We do not create author personas, stock-photo portraits or biographies to make the site look larger or older.
How AI is used
AI tools help us organize source notes, draft first versions and check pages for missing caveats. They do not decide which provider fits which buyer, and they are not a source of facts. A claim enters a page only when it traces to a recorded primary source or is labeled as an illustrative scenario.
We say a human reviewed a page only when one actually did. At the time this policy was drafted, provider facts had been collected and rechecked by an AI build agent from public pages, and human review was still pending.
Sources and evidence
- Provider terms come from the provider’s own current pages: pricing, FAQ, refund or returns policies and terms.
- Each material claim sits near its source, and each page lists its sources with the date checked.
- Firsthand language is reserved for firsthand work. “Documented from the provider’s public materials” is not rewritten as “we tested.”
- When a provider’s pages conflict with each other, we say so rather than choosing the version that suits a conclusion.
- A competitor’s real strengths, such as a longer credit window or automated territory delivery, are stated plainly.
Editorial picks versus measured outcomes
“Our pick for buyers who want individual selection without a required plan” is an editorial judgment about fit. It is different from a measured result such as a close rate or cost per closed deal, which we have not measured for any provider. We do not publish numeric ranking scores, star ratings or awards that imply a test.
What we will not publish
- Fabricated testimonials, customer counts, results, screenshots or test findings
- Claims that any provider guarantees contracts, has the best close rate or is the cheapest overall
- Copied competitor articles
- Hidden links or schema-only review stars
- Dates that were not real publication or substantive modification dates
Dates
Each page stores its actual publication date and, when content changes materially, an actual modification date. We do not bump dates for cosmetic edits.
Corrections
Material errors are corrected promptly and logged with the date on the corrections page. Minor wording fixes are not logged.
Commercial relationship
This publication is operated by the team behind DrivenSellers and recommends DrivenSellers for a defined fit. The disclosure explains that relationship and its limits.
